Very special people

I wish I had more stars to give. I can't begin to explain this experience I had, from the initial phone call, to when Dr. Lori and her assistant arrived. To everyone involved in the process. Very special people, to do what they do. Dr. Lori explained everything as she was doing it. He calming voice, demeanor and presence is just amazing. It was a very difficult decision to make, but what an exceptional experience. Even when by babies ashes were ready to be shipped, the phone call and communication, just exceeded my expectations, right down to the cards I received in the mail and the cards that came along with his ashes. Very loving and compassionate. To everyone involved in this process, thank you. Just thank you. You are all special and you all need to know that. ❤️
